Returns:
Non-furniture & Non-custom Designed Purchases:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please notify The Children's Nest Boutique within 10 business days* of receiving your order. Please fill out the return order form as completely as possible. Upon receipt of your return/exchange request, we will contact you with the options and return shipping information. All returns must have prior authorization from us to recieve a full refund. All returns should be new, in the original packaging with any tags attached and free of any cigarette smoke, pet hair, or odors. If you fail to notify us of your intention to return or replace your purchase within the 10 business day window, or if we suspect an item that you have returned has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Upon receipt of your approved return, we will either refund you for the purchase price of your item(s) or ship the item you have selected in exchange. Please note all refunds will only be made to the credit card or bank account that the original transaction was processed with. If you paid via Money Order, you will receive a certified bank check in the mail with the full refund amount. There are no returns, exchanges or credit after 10 days from receiving your order. Shipping costs cannot be refunded by The Children's Nest Boutique. All original & return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. If you send an item back, we recommend insuring your package and purchasing delivery confirmation so that you can be assured that it has safely arrived. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Since many of our items come directly from the supplier, the return shipping information will vary from product to product. Some items will need to be sent directly to the manufacturing company so we will need to provide you with the correct return shipping information. Custom Designed Orders:
All personalized items, custom-designed bedding, accessories, select gifts or other made-to-order products require payment in full upon order and are not eligible for returns.These items are made to your specifications, and we can not accept returns or cancellations on these products and all sales will be final. The only time we offer exchanges or refunds on these items is if we made an error in the spelling or design after it was confirmed by you. We make every effort to make sure all the details for these items are agreed upon beofre the custom work begins. We might ask you to confirm the details numerous times and we ask you to be as specific as possible when ordering custom designs. Returns/Exchanges for Drop Ship Items:
Since many of our items ship directly from the supplier, drop ship items must be returned to the manufacturer at buyer expense. Some items may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
Price Matching:
If you happen to find the same item somewhere else, send us an email with a link to the site. Please remember that if another store has a lower listed price that they usually are not including the shipping in that price. Once you add there shipping prices you will often find that our item is the same price or sometimes even cheaper, depending on their shipping prices. Therefore, we will match any regular retail price with their shipping cost included. This best price guarantee does not apply to auction sites, ebay sites, sales, clearance items, or other promotional offers. **Please note: Price adjustments are limited to one price match per item within a 30 day period.

US Locations:
We offer FREE shipping on many of our items to all US locations! For all items that qualify for free shipping, there will be no additional shipping charges added at the end of the purchase for those items. All shipping, handling, & packaging expenses are included in the listed price. Please note that you may see similar products on another site priced slightly lower, keep in mind that is because they add shipping in the end, and our listing price INCLUDES all shipping charges . *Although many of our items receive free shipping, there are shipping surcharges for oversized, specialty, and freight/ furniture items. Due to vendor restrictions and for other reasons, so items will not qualify for free shipping and you will be charged additional shipping for those items at the end of checkout. When applicable, this will be clearly noted in the item description and the additional charges will be factored into the final price during checkout. Please read the entire listing to see if the item you are purchasing is eligible for free shipping.
International Locations:
If you live outside of the US we are happy to ship items to you when possible. International Shipping Rates including Alaska & Hawaii will be calculated upon our receipt of the order. Our website does not calculate international shipping rates. We suggest that you contact us first regarding the items you are interested in. We will be happy to give you an estimate before purchasing. Many items on are site are sent out directly from the designer/artist, so not all items are eligible for international shipping. If you proceed through checkout normally, we will send you an invoice for additional shipping charges. Or you can simply place your order via an email to me and I will calculate the price of the total order, including shipping and send you an invoice for the entire order. For international order questions please email me at orders@childrensnestboutique.com. Your order will not ship until you confirm the shipping method and rate that will be charged. All International Orders are subject to review, and we reserve the right to mark an order as canceled if we feel the payment is not legitimate. It is best to contact us ahead of time before placing an international order.
If you find a lower legitimate price at another store, and would like to purchase the product from us instead, just email us and we will try to match or beat it as long as it is not below our cost and the product is still available from the manufacturer.

Exchanges:
If you need to exchange your item for any reason, please notify The Children's Nest Boutique within 10 business days* of receiving your order. *Please be aware that all personalized items, custom-designed bedding, accessories, select gifts or other made-to-order products require payment in full upon order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges for the reasons noted above..
You have three options for exchanges:
Option #1: If you want to return your merchandise and exchange it for another item in our store, order what you want in exchange from our site now and proceed through check out as usual. Fill out the exchange form here and we will contact you with the return shipping address information. On the exchange form, please indicate the order number of your "new" order on the form so we know you ordered your replacement and can credit you back the full purchase price (provided it fits the qualifications for a returned item). This is the best ooption if you want the "new" exchanged item as fast as possible.
